Meadow Springs Backcountry Family snow weekend
January 25-27, 2019

schedule & Info:
Friday, January 25:
-Have dinner on your own on the way to the lodge.
-Arrive at lodge in the evening
-snacks, games, + evening devotions as a group

Saturday, January 26:
-9am - Breakfast
-10am - folks head out for snow activities if desired, or hang around the lodge
(bring your own lunches - no lunch provided)
-2pm - back at lodge — hot chocolate & snacks provided for those who are at the lodge
-5pm - Dinner at lodge
-evening - snacks, games, fellowship & evening devotions

Sunday, January 27:
-9am breakfast
-10am - devotions
-11am - clean up 
-12pm - Head out for the day or back home

Pricing:
Price is per FAMILY

$50 per person for the first 2 people from each family (includes 2 nights lodging & 3 meals (Breakfast & Dinner on Saturday / Breakfast on Sunday. Snacks in the evenings)
$40 per person for all additional people from each family

(example: family of five would be 2 @ $50 each + 3 @ $40 each = $220 for lodging & food)

LODGING IS DORMITORY STYLE. WE WILL DIVIDE UP THE ROOMS AS FAIRLY AS WE CAN AFTER WE KNOW WHO IS COMING. MOST PEOPLE WILL BE IN BUNK ROOMS BY GENDER.

Snowshoes are included in the above price. Cross country ski rentals, downhill ski rentals & lift tickets not included. Transportation is up to each family as well, as are any meals you choose to eat that are not provided at Paradise Trail Lodge.

Important:
It is your responsibility to contact Pastor Joel (joel@meadowsprings.org) with your RSVP. You Must include the following information.

-Who is coming (please include gender and age of children)
-When are you planning on arriving and departing.
-Do you have any food allergies or restrictions
-What are you planning on doing for your activity on Saturday. If you plan to go snowshoeing, you MUST let Joel know if you plan on using the Church’s snowshoes. If you don’t request these, they won’t be brought up to the lodge.
