Will you join us once again this Christmas Season in helping provide food for vulnerable families in our community?  In years past we have partnered with the Oregon Food Bank, and again this year we have a great opportunity to put food directly into the hands of some of the most vulnerable families as we partner with Oregon’s Department of Human Service’s Child Welfare office.

Will you join us in making an impact this Christmas?  Below is a list of Most Wanted Food items:

• Peanut Butter

• Jelly

• Honey

• Canned Meat (tuna/chicken)

• Mayo

• Mustard

• Pasta Sauce

• Pasta

• Rice

• Canned Meals (soup/chili)

• Canned Fruits/Vegetables

• Cereal

• Kid Friendly Snacks (i.e., goldfish/granola bars)

• Microwave Popcorn

*Please no perishable, refrigerated or frozen food products.

You may drop off the food at Meadow Springs Community Church. There will be  donation barrels by the front doors, or come by during our regular office hours, Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30AM – 4:30PM and on Sunday from 9:30AM – 11:30AM.  Collection dates will be from December 8th through January 9, 2019.

Our ability to pull this off depends on the support of everyone in our community.  MSCC, DHS and individual donors are already committing to support this effort to encourage these families. Thank you in advance for joining in this effort!
